Sunarma works with rural communities in the remote areas of the Highlands of Ethiopia, one of the poorest countries in the world.
We are not an aid organisation.

Why are we different?

Sunarma have been working in this area for years. We have helped thousands of households cope with the acute day to day difficulties that they face. We are about long-term sustainable solutions. We have built excellent working relationships with local government offices and have dedicated and experienced teams who have helped develop and nurture local community groups.

Sunarma enables these communities to find and develop alternative means of income. Through the supply of training and materials local people are able to rebuild their own lives and cope with the difficulties which climate change is bringing.

Your donation is about making a difference which will last.
